How to Make Rusty's Stuffed Peppers

  • 2Make the sauce by combining all the ingredients in a saucepan. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • 3Place the peppers in a baking dish, pour the sauce over top and bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees F until the peppers are tender.
