IF YOUR MOUTH WAS IN THE MOOD TOO RUMMMMBAL, THEN YOUR GONNA LOOSE. THIS IS A HANDS DOWN ONE PUNCH HITTER. ITS THAT GOOD.
How to Make Rosemary Roast drowing in JD
- GRATE your garlic useing a fine cheese grater
Do the same with your onion
mix the ingredients in a dish
sruch your Rosemary in your hands
mix with Thyme( in a separate tiny mix bowl ) - IN A ROASTING POT OF CHOICE
-take your RUMP ROAST ( I find this the best roasting beef )
-smother the herbs and rub it in the meat.
-take your onion and garlic mix - nicley spread it on the op part of the beef.
-CAREFULL ADD THE 1 TO 2 CUPS WATER AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR POT.
grab your beautiful Jack Daniels Whiskey .
slowly pour it on top.try not too disturb the onion and garlic . - PRE HEAT YOUR OVEN AT 400 FERENHEIGHT
PUT THE POTROAST IN FOR 30 MIN TO 45 MIN AT THE HIGH TEMP...
AFTER THE 30 MIN , TURN THE OVEN RIGHT DOWN TOO 200 DEGREE FERENHEIGHT FOR THE NEXT 5 1/2 HOURS - DO NOT USE ALL THE JACK DANIELS AT ONCE IN THE BEGINNING- I ADD THE FIRST CUP BEFORE I PUT IT IN THE OVEN.
WHILE BASTEING THE ROAST EVERY 30 MIN I LIKE TOO ADD MY JACK DANIELS IN QUARTER CUPS AT A TIME OR 3/4 , OVER TOP AS IT GOES - IN THE SLOW COOK FASION - AS A SIDE TOO THIS , I LOVE TOO PUT MY POTATOES OF CHOICE , BEETS IN FULL VOLUME, CAROOTS ONION WHOLE. AND WHAT EVER YOUR HEART DESIRED TOOEAT THAT DAY WITH YOUR MEAL.
- AS MUCH AS I LOVE WHITE WINE. I HOWEVER LOVE A RICH ROBUST MARLOT( RED WINE) OR METUSE WITH THIS MEAL.
