- taco seasoning mix

How to Make Rosalind's Tacos
- 1Trim chuck roast and cut into 2 inch cubes. Place meat cubes, onion, salt, and taco seasoning into pressure cooker. Cover with enough water to cover the meat.
- 2Cook at 15lb pressure for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and remove pressure immediately.
- 3Remove meat and onion, and put through a food chopper/processor/blender. Add broth from cooker until meat is moist.
- 4Heat taco shells in over. Serve!
