Ingredients
- 4-5 pounds beef brisket
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke, optional
- 1 - bay leaf, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make roast brisket bbq

Step 1Rub meat with salt. Place in ungreased baking pan, 13x9-inch. Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over meat. Cover tightly and bake in 325 degrees oven for 3 hours, or until render. Makes 10-12 servings.
