Ingredients

  • 4-5 lb
    beef brisket
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    catsup
  • 1/4 c
    vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    liquid smoke, optional
  • 1
    bay leaf, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper

How to Make ROAST BRISKET BBQ

Step-by-Step

  1. Rub meat with salt. Place in ungreased baking pan, 13x9-inch. Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over meat. Cover tightly and bake in 325 degrees oven for 3 hours, or until render. Makes 10-12 servings.
