How to Make RIB EYE STEAK By Freda
- Heat Charcoal Grill to Hot,
Heat your Skillet to ed High Heat.
Lather Steaks with Oil.
- Combine, seasonings.
Rub over each steak
Add Steak to Grill or Skillet.
Turning ONLY ONCE, cook 4-5 Minuts for Med Rare steak
or till desired Doneness.
Check with a thermometer for Rare, Med, or Well done.
Place on Platter and Cover to keep warm.
