quick beef steaks with mushrooms and wine
(1 RATING)
Its almost like chicken marsala but its a beef version. If you want you can use chicken instead of beef. Serve with steamed broccoli and my mashed potato recipe.

- 4 large - grassfed beef cube steaks
- 1/2 cup red wine

- 2 tablespoons organic salted butter
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 2 tablespoons water
How To Make quick beef steaks with mushrooms and wine
-
Step 1Place steaks in a gallon size plastic bag, then set in a bowl to keep the bag from tipping over. Add wine, mushrooms, garlic, and parsley. Refrigerate mixture for at least 30 minutes.
-
Step 2Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Arrange in the pan with the steaks on the bottom of the pan and the mushrooms on top. Cook the steaks for about 3 minutes on each side or until cooked thru.
-
Step 3Remove steaks from pan and set aside. Mix water and flour and add it to the pan. Cook on high heat for about 2 minutes. The sauce will become thick and will be served on top of the steaks.
