Its almost like chicken marsala but its a beef version. If you want you can use chicken instead of beef.

Serve with steamed broccoli and my mashed potato recipe.

How to Make Quick Beef Steaks with Mushrooms and Wine

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place steaks in a gallon size plastic bag, then set in a bowl to keep the bag from tipping over. Add wine, mushrooms, garlic, and parsley. Refrigerate mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • 2Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Arrange in the pan with the steaks on the bottom of the pan and the mushrooms on top. Cook the steaks for about 3 minutes on each side or until cooked thru.
  • 3Remove steaks from pan and set aside. Mix water and flour and add it to the pan. Cook on high heat for about 2 minutes. The sauce will become thick and will be served on top of the steaks.
