potato & beef pocket
I always have left over potato. Plus i freeze ground beef when i make chili, so i combine them together to make this hearty meal. Plus its quick and easy.. Great recipes to make for breakfast all you have to do is add eggs and cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked sliced potatoes
- 1 cup grounds beef
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- - salt and pepper
- 1 can refrigerated butermilk biscuits
How To Make potato & beef pocket

Step 1Preheat the oven to 375 f.

Step 2In a small skillet add oil, garlic, potaotes and beef. Cook until well blended. Add cheese , and set aside.

Step 3Meanwhile spread your biscuit in to a nice circle.

Step 4Place mixture in the biscuit circle and close tight with fork.

Step 5Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with salsa.
