potato & beef pocket

I always have left over potato. Plus i freeze ground beef when i make chili, so i combine them together to make this hearty meal. Plus its quick and easy.. Great recipes to make for breakfast all you have to do is add eggs and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup grounds beef
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated butermilk biscuits

How To Make potato & beef pocket

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 375 f.
  • Step 2
    In a small skillet add oil, garlic, potaotes and beef. Cook until well blended. Add cheese , and set aside.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile spread your biscuit in to a nice circle.
  • Step 4
    Place mixture in the biscuit circle and close tight with fork.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with salsa.
