Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons organic seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon blace pepper
- MIX TOGETHER THESE 5 INGREDIENTS AND RUB ROAST ON BOTH SIDE AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 large chopped onion
- 2 - stalks celery, sliced
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 - garlic clove chopped
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons ap flour
- 2 cups organic beef broth
How To Make pot roast with onion gravy

Step 1Melt shortening in a deep, heavy pot over -med-high heat. Add roast and brown on all sides. remove the meat from the pan and add the onion, celery, bell pepper, and chopped garlic.

Step 2Saute lightly and return ther roast to the pan. Add 1 cups water, cover and place in preheat oven 350F for 3 hours.

Step 3once the roast is done , remove from pot and flour to dripping whip till thicken, and then add the roast,
