This makes a healthy light lunch -- the garlic hummus gives a really nice flavor to the roast beef and the yogurt/cucumber sauce really takes it over the top.

  • 1
    container roasted garlic hummus
  • 4
    pita bread, halved
  • 12 oz
    thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 1/2 c
    yogurt
  • 1/2 c
    cucumber, minced

How to Make Pita-Stuffed Roast Beef w/ Hummus and Yogurt Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut pita bread in half and spread hummus on inside.
  2. Add roast beef to pita.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt and cucumber and spoon over beef in the pita halve.
