  • 1 - container roasted garlic hummus
  • 4 pita bread, halved
  • 12 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, minced

How To Make pita-stuffed roast beef w/ hummus and yogurt sauce

  • Step 1
    Cut pita bread in half and spread hummus on inside.
  • Step 2
    Add roast beef to pita.
  • Step 3
    In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt and cucumber and spoon over beef in the pita halve.
