How To Make pie iron chili pie on toast.

Spray the insides of the pie iron with cooking spray. Spread butter on 2 out sides of bread. place butter side down in pie iron.Place 1-2 spoons of chili on bread.Place unbuttered slice of bread on chili. Close pie iron. Cook in coals 5 min each side

remove pie iron from coals. Open pie iron carefully serve with fork,It can get a little messey.
