This is a another meatloaf idea I came up with. It is so moist and full of flavor!

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2
  • 1/4 c
    taco sauce (taco bell)
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp
    southwest seasoning mix
  • 2 tsp
    granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp
    granulated onion
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    mexican oregano
  • 1
    roma tomato
  • 1/2 small
  • 1

How to Make Pico de Gallo Meatloaf


  1. Mix all ingredients together. Pat into a log and place in a baking dish.
  2. Pour some taco sauce on top and brush over meatloaf. Bake 375° for 1 hr. & 15 min or till meat is up to temp. Continue adding taco sauce on top every 30 min while it cooks.
