This is a another meatloaf idea I came up with. It is so moist and full of flavor!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cup taco sauce (taco bell)
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons southwest seasoning mix
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon granulated onion
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon mexican oregano
- 1 - roma tomato
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 - jalapeno
How To Make pico de gallo meatloaf

Step 1Mix all ingredients together. Pat into a log and place in a baking dish.

Step 2Pour some taco sauce on top and brush over meatloaf. Bake 375° for 1 hr. & 15 min or till meat is up to temp. Continue adding taco sauce on top every 30 min while it cooks.
