I got this recipe from a family friend. My husband and kids love it!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This Philly cheesesteak sloppy joe may be a bite-size sandwich but it's big of flavor. Onions and green bell peppers really give the overall meat tons of flavor. The small amount of steak sauce is just enough to add a little tang. Topping with a provolone cheese sauce is delicious. The sauce is creamier than melting a slice of provolone. Grab a few extra napkins, these are messy but so good. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the oil.
  2. Then brown the ground beef, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add the onion and green pepper and cook another 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables start to get tender.
