  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil
  • - spice rub:
  • 4 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons thyme
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How To Make peppered porterhouse steaks

  • Step 1
    Combine spice rub ingredients. Lightly coat steaks with oil. Then rub in spice rub until well coated. Let stand at room tempertutr for 1 hour. then grill over hot coals for 4-6 minuteson each side. Makes 4 servings,
