1Step 1: pour olive oil into a large skillet & add chuck steak,which you cut-up into strips(1/4in.)& add seasonings & soy-sauce. Simmer with lid on skillet for 5-10 minutes turning after browned.
2STEP 2:Slice green bell pepper & red bell pepper & onion into narrow strips & add to mixture above, continue simmering & add cut up tomatoes (quart-ed). Sprinke some red pepper flakes use very little just for a bit of a bite.!
3Step3: Prepare your minute rice or you may use brown rice if preferred. Next mix the 2 tbsp. cornstarch w' 1/4c. of water till smooth & gradually add it the pepper steak mixture & simmer till thickened like gravy for 20 min. or longer. If to thick depending on your taste add more water.
