    peas, frozen or fresh
  • 2
    carrots sliced
  • 1-1 1/2 lb
    chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1
    onions minced
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1 can(s)
    8 oz can tomato paste
  • ·
    salt, pepper & allspice to taste
  • 1 c

How to Make Pea Stew


  1. Saute chicken & onions in the butter until slightly golden.
  2. Add the water, seasonings, peas & tomatoe sauce.
  3. Cover & simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken & peas are tender.
  4. Serve over white rice.
