A very simple dish that is good over white rice.

Ingredients

2 lb
peas, frozen or fresh
2
carrots sliced
1-1 1/2 lb
chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
1
onions minced
3 Tbsp
butter
1 can(s)
8 oz can tomato paste
salt, pepper & allspice to taste
1 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Saute chicken & onions in the butter until slightly golden.
2Add the water, seasonings, peas & tomatoe sauce.
3Cover & simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken & peas are tender.
4Serve over white rice.
