Ingredients
- 2 pounds peas, frozen or fresh
- 2 - carrots sliced
- 1-1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 - onions minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 can 8 oz can tomato paste
- - salt, pepper & allspice to taste
- 1 cup water
How To Make pea stew

Step 1Saute chicken & onions in the butter until slightly golden.

Step 2Add the water, seasonings, peas & tomatoe sauce.

Step 3Cover & simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken & peas are tender.

Step 4Serve over white rice.
