High in vitamins A and C and antioxidants, this is a great meal to keep your immune system boosted during cold and flu season. Serving with rice or grains will stretch this out to way more than the stated 4 servings. Reheats well.

  • 3/4 c
    orange juice, unsweetened
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil (divided)
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    minced fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange zest
  • 1 lb
    sirloin, cut into thin slices
  • 1 12 oz bag(s)
    stir fry veggies

How to Make Orange & Ginger Beef Stir Fry


  1. Mix first 5 ingredients (sauce) in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 TB Olive oil in large pan or wok over high heat. Stir fry ginger and Orange zest about 30 seconds (until fragrant.)
  3. Add beef and stir fry until no longer pink, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  4. Add remaining TB of oil. Add veggies and stir fry about 3 minutes. Add Orange sauce and stir occasionally until thickened slightly. (about 2 minutes)
  5. Add beef and and stir until heated through and coated.

    Serve with rice or other grain if desired.
