High in vitamins A and C and antioxidants, this is a great meal to keep your immune system boosted during cold and flu season. Serving with rice or grains will stretch this out to way more than the stated 4 servings. Reheats well.

3/4 c
orange juice, unsweetened
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
1/2 Tbsp
1/2 tsp
red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp
olive oil (divided)
2 1/2 Tbsp
minced fresh ginger
2 Tbsp
orange zest
1 lb
sirloin, cut into thin slices
1 12 oz bag(s)
stir fry veggies

How to Make Orange & Ginger Beef Stir Fry


  • 1Mix first 5 ingredients (sauce) in a bowl and set aside.
  • 2Heat 1 TB Olive oil in large pan or wok over high heat. Stir fry ginger and Orange zest about 30 seconds (until fragrant.)
  • 3Add beef and stir fry until no longer pink, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  • 4Add remaining TB of oil. Add veggies and stir fry about 3 minutes. Add Orange sauce and stir occasionally until thickened slightly. (about 2 minutes)
  • 5Add beef and and stir until heated through and coated.

    Serve with rice or other grain if desired.
