If you love Ramen noodles, you'll love this dish. Quick, easy and filling for those busy days when you can't spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

If you like it spicy, add a few red pepper flakes while it simmers.

1 lb
extra-lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 pkg
beef flavored ramen noodles, broken into pieces
1 can(s)
whole kernel corn, drained (8 1/2 oz. size can)
1 can(s)
diced or petite diced tomatoes (14 1/2 oz. size can)


1Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain.
2Stir in the Ramen noodle pieces along with the contents of the seasoning packet.
3Stir in the corn and tomatoes. Mix well.
4Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
