I found this recipe in my Mom's old cookbook's she has since passed away. My Mom was a great cook from the country and cooked her homemade pies, goulsh, pot roast's and her speciality was her beef stew casseroles and the lists goes on... Enjoy this stew.
Ingredients

2 lbbeef, cubed

3 stickcelery, chopped

5carrots, diced

3onion , chopped in chunks

2 Tbspquick cooking tapioca

1 Tbspsalt

1 1/2 ctomato juice or v8

4-6diced, potatoes
How to Make NO PEE KEE STEW
- Place all ingredients in a shallow roasting pan. Bake @ 250 for 4 hours. Keep covered during baking time....
