- - **thai garlic chili sauce
- - **fresh cilantro
- - **grilled tomato
- - **grilled onion
- - **grilled portabello slices
- - **uncle gary's gourmet peppers
How To Make no bun burger deluxe

Step 1I like to grind my own meat, something about that just makes it taste better.

Step 2Slice tomato, onion and portabello. Make patties as thin as possible without them falling apart. Grill on indoor or outdoor grill till veggies are slightly tender. I like my burger juicy, so I don't cook it but just about 2 min per side.

Step 3I placed the Thai sauce on the first patty, then the cilantro, grated cheese and tomato.
