Ingredients

1 lb
hamburger or mixed ground meat
1 can(s)
tomato soup
1 tsp
chopped garlic
1 medium
chopped onion
1 medium
chopped greeen pepper
2 tsp
vinegar
2 can(s)
beans of choice
2 Tbsp
chili powder

MAKE IT YOUR OWN CHILI!

How to Make my take on chili

Step-by-Step

  • 1brown ground meat of choice and drain off fat.
    add peppers and onions and cook till vegetables till soft. Add garlic, chili powder and vinegar.
  • 2Add tomato soup and beans with juice if you like a loose chili. Drain off the beans if you like a tighter chili.
  • 3add dried oregano, extra cumin, and coriander if you like those flavors. 1/2 to 1 tspn. of the ones you like best.
    you can substitute your favorite pasta sauce for the tomato soup.
  • 4cook on med./lo for 30 munutes uncovered.
    serve with your favorite condiments!
