Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger or mixed ground meat
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 medium chopped greeen pepper
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 2 cans beans of choice
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • MAKE IT YOUR OWN CHILI!

How To Make my take on chili

  • Step 1
    brown ground meat of choice and drain off fat. add peppers and onions and cook till vegetables till soft. Add garlic, chili powder and vinegar.
  • Step 2
    Add tomato soup and beans with juice if you like a loose chili. Drain off the beans if you like a tighter chili.
  • Step 3
    add dried oregano, extra cumin, and coriander if you like those flavors. 1/2 to 1 tspn. of the ones you like best. you can substitute your favorite pasta sauce for the tomato soup.
  • Step 4
    cook on med./lo for 30 munutes uncovered. serve with your favorite condiments!
