Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground chuck
- 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed (dark or light)
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 3 - celery stalks, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups chili sauce
How To Make my aunt margaret's beef barbecue in buns

Step 1In a large skillet or saucepan,lightly brown ground chuck and onions, then drain off any fat.

Step 2In a medium saucepan, put remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

Step 3Pour sauce over meat and simmer for 1 hour. Serve on sandwich buns, onion rolls or your choice of bun. Enjoy with a side of chips or french fries.
