1In pan bring wine to a boil and reduce to about 1/2 cup. cool.
2Mix the hamburger with the green onon, garlic, salt, pepper, and merlot wine. form into 8 thin patties, top 4 patties with the gouda slices and place other patty on top seal ends well. BBQ on grill med. heat until desired doneness, about 10 minutes or so.
