Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb
    hamburger
  • 2 can(s)
    diced tomatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato soup
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1-2 small
    onions diced
  • 2 -3 Tbsp
    italian seasonings
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced garlic (fresh or jar)
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    chilli powder
  • 1 c
    shredded mixed cheeses
  • 1 c
    elbow noodles uncooked
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • ·
    fresh mushrooms (optional)
  • PARMESAN CHEESE FOR ADDING ON PLATE

How to Make Money saving, Crockpot Goulash

Step-by-Step

  1. In a frypan add hamburger, onion and garlic cook meat is done. Dump into crock pot adding everything else "Except the cheeses". stir well. top with shredded cheese.
  2. plug in crock pot and cook on high for 3 hours. Or on low about 5 hours.

    It is ready when it bubbles and noodles are soft
