- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 large green peper
- 5 slices bread
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoons pepper
- 1 1/4 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 1 1/4 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon italian cheese graded
- 3 pounds ground beef

Step 1Blend above in blender add to 3lb of meat & mix by hand. shape into loaf & bake in oven 1 1/2 hours. 370 degree oven

Step 2Same Recipe for Meat Balls shape balls into balls cook for 35 min 350 degree oven.
