These little meat loaves get great flavor from the stuffing mix and develop a nice cheesy crunch on the outside.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package stove top stuffing mix for chicken (6 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup mild shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make mini meat loaves

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375. Combine the beef, stuffing mix, water, and garlic powder in a bowl. Press the meat mixture into a greased muffin tin. (12 meat loaves)
  • Step 2
    Make an indentation in each meat loaf (I use the teaspoon I used to measure the garlic powder). Squirt the ketchup in each indentation.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle the cheese on top of each meatloaf. Return to oven and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is golden.
