These little meat loaves get great flavor from the stuffing mix and develop a nice cheesy crunch on the outside.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup water
- 1 package stove top stuffing mix for chicken (6 oz)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup mild shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make mini meat loaves

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. Combine the beef, stuffing mix, water, and garlic powder in a bowl. Press the meat mixture into a greased muffin tin. (12 meat loaves)

Step 2Make an indentation in each meat loaf (I use the teaspoon I used to measure the garlic powder). Squirt the ketchup in each indentation.

Step 3Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle the cheese on top of each meatloaf. Return to oven and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is golden.
