17 oz package of refrigerated guacamole
3/4 cshredded reduced fat mexican blend cheese
How to Make Mexican Tostada
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Coat tortillas on both sides with cooking spray; place on a large baking sheet. Bake for 8 mins.
- While tortillas cook, microwave roast according to package directions. Shred beef with 2 forks, discarding juices. Cover beef, and keep warm.
- Spread tortillas evenly with guacamole; top evenly with beef and cheese.
- Bake for 5 mins or until cheese melts. Serve immediately!
