Ingredients
- 4 - 6 inch flour tortillas
- - cooking spray
- 1 - 17 oz package fully cooked beef pot roast au jus
- 1 - 7 oz package of refrigerated guacamole
- 3/4 cup shredded reduced fat mexican blend cheese
How To Make mexican tostada

Step 1Preheat oven to 400.

Step 2Coat tortillas on both sides with cooking spray; place on a large baking sheet. Bake for 8 mins.

Step 3While tortillas cook, microwave roast according to package directions. Shred beef with 2 forks, discarding juices. Cover beef, and keep warm.

Step 4Spread tortillas evenly with guacamole; top evenly with beef and cheese.

Step 5Bake for 5 mins or until cheese melts. Serve immediately!
