So easy, so delicious. My husband actually decided he liked guacamole after years of refusing to eat it! Serve with typical taco condiments.

Ingredients For mexican tostada

46 inch flour tortillas

cooking spray
-
117 oz package fully cooked beef pot roast au jus

17 oz package of refrigerated guacamole

3/4 cshredded reduced fat mexican blend cheese
How To Make mexican tostada

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Coat tortillas on both sides with cooking spray; place on a large baking sheet. Bake for 8 mins.

3While tortillas cook, microwave roast according to package directions. Shred beef with 2 forks, discarding juices. Cover beef, and keep warm.

4Spread tortillas evenly with guacamole; top evenly with beef and cheese.

5Bake for 5 mins or until cheese melts. Serve immediately!
