Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 16 ounces shredded mexican cheese
- 1 small green bell pepper-chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper-choped
- 1 small yellow onion
- 2 cloves garlic-minced
- 1 tablespoon chili power
- 1 ounce 16 tortilla chips-coarsely crushed
- 1 taco seasoning mix pkt,
- 1-15 ounce black olives- sliced
- 1-4 ounce mild green chiles
How To Make mexican tortilla skillet

Step 1In a nonstick skillet, add 3 T canola oil or any other cooking oil. Sauté' veggies on med/high heat. Add onto a platter, and set aside.

Step 2Brown up ground beef until no longer pink. Drain grease. Add Taco Pkt, using pkt directions.

Step 3Add back in veggies. Stir to incorporate. Meanwhile, sprinkle in crushed chips. Stir to coated with meat and veggie mixture. Slice Black olives.

Step 4Sprinkle over cheese. Top with secure lid for 7 min. or until cheese is totally melted.

Step 5Serve and enjoy. You may add a dollop of sour cream/ and or olives if you wish. I only used olives
