How To Make mexican meatloaf
-
Step 1Start off by rounding up all the needed ingredients for the recipe and collect a medium-large bowl for mixing. This includes chopping/dicing the ingredients that call for this step. Set your oven to 350 degrees. Once that is achieved, start off by adding all of the ingredients into your bowl BESIDE THE GROUND BEEF. Mix all the ingredients well.
-
Step 2Prepare your mix by adding the uncooked beef and mixing well. Make sure all the ingredients are even through out the beef. Once achieved, prepare your baking dish-cake pan (which ever you desire) and add the entire mixture into the dish.
-
Step 3An optional step is to evenly pour your desired amount of taco sauce on top of the mixture and speading it evenly among the meatloaf. Once finished placing the meatloaf in the pan/dish cover it with foil and bake for a minimum of 45 minutes. Once time is up, check the loaf for doneness. If under cooked, place back into over for an additional 15-25 minutes.
