- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 pound ground chuck
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder, mild or hot, your choice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon hungarian paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, kosher variety, fine grind
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, freshly ground
- 1/2 cup salsa, mild or hot, your choice
- 2 ounces diced green chilies, mild or hot, your choice, 1/2 can

Step 2Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).

Step 3Add the oil to a skillet over medium heat.

Step 4Add the pork and beef to the pan, and sprinkle with the dry spices (sugar, chili powder, salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, crushed dehydrated onions. paprika, oregano, and white pepper).

Step 5Cook, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon, until brown and cooked through, about 5 – 7 minutes.

Step 6Add the salsa, and green chilies, lower the heat to a simmer, and cook, for about 10 – 12 minutes.

Step 7Place in a sealed container in the fridge, until needed.
