Ingredients For meatloaf muffins

  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup
  • 1/2 c
    cornflakes, crushed
  • 4 Tbsp
    dried minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • extra ketchup

How To Make meatloaf muffins

  • 1
    Combine the first 8 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Press into 12 foil-lined or greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Drain before serving. Drizzle with ketchup. Makes 6 servings.
