I use Ritz crackers & lean ground beef, 93/7. Feel free to use any other crackers or 80/20. You can also use Hidden Valley® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix if you don't like the buttermilk version.
You can gently beat the egg before you add it to the meat mixture if you prefer.

Ingredients

1 lbground beef

1 pkgground turkey

1/2 mediumonion, chopped or diced

1 pkghidden valley® buttermilk recipe salad dressing & seasoning mix

4shakes of black pepper
-
2shakes of seasoning salt
-
4shakes of garlic powder
-
1egg
-
1 pkgcrackers, crushed
How to Make Meatloaf Madeover
- Preheat oven to 375
- Gently mix all ingredients in a large bowl with your hands. Don't overwork the meat or it will get tough as it bakes. Shape into a square or round loaf & place into pan.
- Bake for one hour. Meatloaf is done when it's not pink inside. If it's not done at one hour, continue baking in 10 minute increments until done. Meatloaf will have a slightly crunchy crust on the outside when done.
- Slice & serve with your favorite vegetable(s).
