Ingredients For meatballs in rose tomato sauce

1 ccooking apples, peeled and shredded

1/4 citalian seasoned breadcrumbs

1/4 conion, chopped

1 lgegg, beaten

3/4 tspsalt

1/8 tspblack pepper

1/8 tspgarlic powder

1 lbground beef,

1 Tbspvegetable oil

1/2 conion, chopped

3/4 cwater
-
3/4 crose wine

6 ozcan tomato paste
-
1/4 tspdried rosemary

1/4 tspdried basil
How To Make meatballs in rose tomato sauce

1Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well. Add the ground beef and stir well.

2Shape the meat mixture into 1 inch balls. Brown the meatballs in hot vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove the meatballs from the skillet, reserving the drippings in skillet. Set the meatballs aside.

3Saute 1/2 cup onion in the drippings over medium heat until tender; drain.

4Add the meatballs back to the skillet. Add the water, and remaining ingredients to the skillet. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until the meatballs are done. Enjoy!
