My kids absolutely love meatballs and I didn't want to do the same ol' spaghetti and meatballs again. So I tried making my own recipe that turned out really good.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

2 pkg
italian style meatballs
1 pkg
chopped frozen spinach, thawed
1 pkg
frozen sugar snap peas, thawed
2 can(s)
carrot slices, drained
1 can(s)
green beans, drained
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup

TOPPING (OPTIONAL)

1 pkg
cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Meatball-Veggie Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. Spray a 9x13 glass casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • 2Mix all ingredients and then spread them into the casserole dish.
  • 3Bake for 30 minutes. If you choose to put shredded cheese on top add it in the last 10 min. of baking.
