My kids absolutely love meatballs and I didn't want to do the same ol' spaghetti and meatballs again. So I tried making my own recipe that turned out really good.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages italian style meatballs
  • 1 package chopped frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 package frozen sugar snap peas, thawed
  • 2 cans carrot slices, drained
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • TOPPING (OPTIONAL)
  • 1 package cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make meatball-veggie casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. Spray a 9x13 glass casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients and then spread them into the casserole dish.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 30 minutes. If you choose to put shredded cheese on top add it in the last 10 min. of baking.
