My kids absolutely love meatballs and I didn't want to do the same ol' spaghetti and meatballs again. So I tried making my own recipe that turned out really good.

Ingredients
- 2 packages italian style meatballs
- 1 package chopped frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 package frozen sugar snap peas, thawed
- 2 cans carrot slices, drained
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- TOPPING (OPTIONAL)
- 1 package cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make meatball-veggie casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. Spray a 9x13 glass casserole dish with cooking spray.

Step 2Mix all ingredients and then spread them into the casserole dish.

Step 3Bake for 30 minutes. If you choose to put shredded cheese on top add it in the last 10 min. of baking.
