Got this recipe off of a Pet Milk can. It's a quick dinner. I use whatever cheese I have on hand.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1/3 c
evaporated milk
1/4 c
catsup
1 Tbsp
dried parsley flakes
1 Tbsp
yellow mustard
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 can(s)
10 1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c
shredded swis cheese (or any cheese your choice.
1/3 c
evaporated milk
1/4 c
water
2 pinch
tabasco or franks red pepper sauce (or use more)

How to Make Meat Balls A La Swis

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix first seven ingredients together. Shape into 16 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Drain. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over meatballs and cook additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • 2Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
