Got this recipe off of a Pet Milk can. It's a quick dinner. I use whatever cheese I have on hand.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can 10 1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup shredded swis cheese (or any cheese your choice.
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 pinches tabasco or franks red pepper sauce (or use more)
How To Make meat balls a la swis

Step 1Mix first seven ingredients together. Shape into 16 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Drain. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over meatballs and cook additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Step 2Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
