Ingredients

MEATLOAF:
-
3 lbground beef
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
8 oztomato sauce, canned
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/4 cbell pepper, finely chopped
-
1 tspsalt
-
2eggs
-
1/2 cchopped onion
-
1/4 coats
-
SPECIAL SAUCE:
-
1/2 cketchup
-
1/2 clight brown sugar
-
2 tspyellow mustard
How to Make Martine's Meatloaf
- Combine all MEATLOAF ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape into loaf and place in baking dish or loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Mix special sauce ingredients while meatloaf is baking.
- Remove meatloaf from oven; very carefully tilt pan and scoop out grease.
- Pour special sauce over the top and sides of the meatloaf.
Cook 15 minutes more.
