marriage enhancer stroganoff casserole
Without complete ingredients to make some of the recipes I found here, I decided to make my own spin on them with many substitutions. So here's what I ended up with~ this is why my husband treats me good, because I make him good food! The secret to a good marriage isn't just prayer and communication, but it's also serving the best meals.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms
- 1 large diced onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup marsala cooking wine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups rigatoni pasta, cooked
- 1 can chopped olives

Step 1Preheat oven to 350'

Step 2brown ground beef, adding salt, pepper, and worcestershire sauce, then drain, getting rid of all excess fat.

Step 3Add mushrooms, onions, chopped olives and garlic to the meat. simmer over low heat. slowly add marsala wine.

Step 4In small bowl combine soup, cream cheese, mustard,

Step 5add soup mixture to beef mixture once the onions and mushrooms are soft. Let simmer 5 minutes, then slowly add the heavy cream, while stirring.

Step 6lightly oil 9x13 casserole dish, then pour cooked noodles into the dish.

Step 7Cover pasta with the meat mixture, spreading evenly over the top..

Step 8Bake uncovered at 350' for 30-45 minutes. You'll know when it is done, because your home will smell LOVELY!
