Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 package lawry's taco seasoning mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1 can (14 oz) red kidney beans, drained
  • 4 - tomatoes, diced
  • 1 - ripe avocado diced
  • 1 package (6 1/2 oz) fritos, reg size
  • 1 - lettuce head, torn into small pieces
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup lawry's thousand island dressing

How To Make luncheon tostada salad

  • Step 1
    Brown hamburger; drain fat. Add Taco mix, water, salt and beans. Cover and simmer for 10 Minutes.
  • Step 2
    Reserve some of the tomatoes, avocado and fritos for use as a garnish. Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl; add the ground beef mixture and lightly toss all of the ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Plate salad. Garnish with reserved tomato dice, avocado and fritos.
  • Step 4
    Best if served immediately, OOOHHH SOOO GOOD!!!
