luann's beef stew
(1 RATING)
This is the best beef stew I have ever tasted! My sister-in-law shared it with me, after she got it from Luann (her sweet mother-in-law). Nothing beats this stew on a cold day. (But, it's great any time of the year!) :)

- 2 cans corn
- 2 cans green beans

How To Make luann's beef stew
-
Step 1Brown stew meat in LARGE pot, by boiling in 3 inches of water for 30 minutes. After browning meat, skim off fatty excess floating in water.
-
Step 2Leave meat in water it was cooked in. Then, add all other ingredients. (Do not drain the corn & beans.)...May add extra water, if desired.
-
Step 3Cook over medium heat, about 2 hours, or until vegetables are tender.
-
Step 4Serve with cornbread! DELICIOUS! (Extra may be frozen.)
