low carb "big mac pie"
I was looking up low carb recipes when I found this one that was pinched by Debbie at http://www.justapinch.com/me/mixingbowl. I LOVE Big Macs so when I saw the name, it just grabbed me and sucked me in! lol My family LOVED it! I followed the recipe exactly as written, using deer meat instead of ground beef. The next time, I will increase the Thousand Island dressing a bit and reduce the chicken bouillon as it was a touch too salty for us. The good thing about recipes is that you can tailor them to fit your family's taste.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon - heaping
- 2 tablespoons dried onion
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounces cheddar, shredded
- 1/2 cup low carb thousand island dressing
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup dill pickles
How To Make low carb "big mac pie"

Step 1Preheat oven to 375* F.

Step 2In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Season with chicken bouillon, dried onion flakes, parsley, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Step 3In a large bowl, place seasoned ground beef. Add cheddar cheese, thousand island dressing, eggs, sour cream, and dill pickles. Mix together thoroughly.

Step 4Add ground beef mixture to an 8x11-inch baking dish and spread to corners. Bake for 30 minutes
