This recipe was given to me by a friend several years ago. I made some changes to make it my own. It's so quick and so easy and everyone loves it, including kids. This is also a meal your teenager can fix on those nights you have to work late.

1 lb
ground beef
1 can(s)
tomato sauce
3 medium
1 can(s)
whole kernal corn
1 can(s)
english peas
1 can(s)
ranch style beans

1Brown ground beef in stew pot.
2While beef is browning, peel and dice potatoes. When beef is browned, add potatoes, tomato sauce and can of water. Turn down heat and cover. Cook for approximately 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
3Add cans of corn, peas and beans, undrained. Cook 5 more minutes until hot.

There's no need to add salt since the canned vegetables have salt in them.
4You can spice up this recipe by adding a can of Ro-tel tomatoes or a package of taco seasoning mix.
