I have been making lasagna for decades and in doing so discovered the easiest, fastest, and most family friendly way. This recipe makes great leftovers if there actually are any!

Ingredients
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 package cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 package mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 jars classico spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- italian seasoning to taste
How To Make lasagna

Step 1Lightly oil oblong baking pan and preheat oven to 350

Step 2In a large skillet break up ground beef and cook till brown

Step 3Add both jars of spaghetti sauce to beef and stir until heated through. Stir in desired amount of Italian seasoning then remove pan from heat

Step 4Place three lasagna noodles lengthwise in pan and cover with 1/3 sauce and meat mixture

Step 5Too this first layer with 1/2 the cheddar cheese then cover with three more cooked lasagna noodles

Step 6Top noodles with 1/3 of sauce mixture and drop ricotta cheese by small spoonfuls in 6 to 8 dollops

Step 7Top with remaining three lasagna noodles, cover with remaining sauce and top with even layer of mozzarella cheese

Step 8Bake for 30 minutes uncovered. Remove from oven and allow to cool until it can be cut into squares.
