My son suggested we try this recipe because he loves Siracha. I was hesitant, but I can tell you it is wonderful. We've made it several times and used it on grilled steak, chicken, shrimp It is also great on stir fried or grilled veggies. We always make a double batch because we all love even on our rice!

  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce (i used low sodium)
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp
    minced fresh ginger
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced well
  • 1 tsp
    siracha sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    dark brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    sesame seeds
  • 4
    green onions, minced

How to Make Korean Spicy Sesame Dressing


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring to be sure you dissolve the sugar.
