Ingredients
- 1 - 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 - avocado
- 1 - cucumber
- 1/4 cup tortilla chips, crumbled
- 2 cups mexican blend cheeses, shredded
- 1 small onion
- 1 can black olives
- 1 package cherry tomatoes
- 1 - bag of mixed salad greens
- - taco sauce or salsa for topping
- - sour cream for topping
How To Make taco salad

Step 1In a large skillet brown the meat, drain off grease and return to skillet. Then add black beans juice and taco seasoning, stir and heat through.

Step 2Peel cucumber, remove seeds and cut into small pieces.

Step 3Wash all fresh vegetables and slice, dice or chop

Step 4Build salads on dinner plates as desired using, meat and bean mixture, crumbles tortilla chips, vegetables, and cheeses.

Step 5Drizzle each salad with taco sauce or salsa as desired and top with a dollop of sour cream
