jordan's favorite meatloaf
I found this recipe in an old Lion's Cookbook and was interested. I first made this when my oldest daughter was 5; she absolutely loved it; plus the rest of our family! We have a tradition in our household that when it's your Birthday you can request what you want for your special birthday meal. Jordan has been requesting this meatloaf, mashed potatoes and homemade frozen corn for years. Note: Jordan just turned 19 and yes requested this same meal. I have since changed the name from Margie's to Jordan's Favorite Meatloaf.
