1In large skillet, saute onion and leek in olive oil until soft. Add beef or beef and and pork. Brown, and drain excess grease. Transfer meat to large stock pot. Add peppers and tomatoes. Cook for 2 hours on low heat, stirring occasionally. Add chili seasoning to meat mixture. Cook 15 minutes. Add beans, cook an additional 15 minutes. Add dill pickles. Cook until pickles heat through, approximately 5 minutes.
Serve with shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream
