Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 teaspoons seeded, chopped jalapeno pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mexican seasoning
- 1/4 cup shredded jack cheese
- 4 - thin tomato slices
- 4 - hamburger buns, split
How To Make jalapeno cheeseburgers

Step 1In medium bowl, combine ground beef, jalapeno pepper and mexican seasoning, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties. Place patties on grill over medium heat. Grill for 14-16 minutes or until done, turning once. Sprinkle with jack cheese. Place one tomato slice on bottom half of each bun; top with burger. Close sandwich. Makes 4 servings.
