celery

beef broth
1 pkg

beefy onion dry soup mix

How To Make jake's favorite pot roast

Quarter potatoes & celery stalks.

Layer veggies in large oven safe pot. Carrots on bottom, followed by potatoes, then celery.

Sprinkle 1 packet of soup mix over veggies.

Top with roast. Sprinkle with remaining soup packet & rub lightly.

Add broth, without removing seasoning from meat. Cover.

Roast in 325° oven for 3 1/2 hours.
