Ingredients
- 2 pounds baby carrots
- 2 pounds red potatoes, small
- 2 heads - celery
- 1 - roast, large
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 package beefy onion dry soup mix
How To Make jake's favorite pot roast

Step 1Quarter potatoes & celery stalks.

Step 2Layer veggies in large oven safe pot. Carrots on bottom, followed by potatoes, then celery.

Step 3Sprinkle 1 packet of soup mix over veggies.

Step 4Top with roast. Sprinkle with remaining soup packet & rub lightly.

Step 5Add broth, without removing seasoning from meat. Cover.

Step 6Roast in 325° oven for 3 1/2 hours.
