Ingredients
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound beef sirloin steak, boneless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup shredded parmesan, romano, & asiago cheese blend
How To Make italian steaks

Step 1In a shallow bowl, whisk egg. In another shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.

Step 2Cut the steak into four pieces; dip each piece in egg, then coat with bread crumb mixture.

Step 3In a large skillet, cook steaks in oil for 5 minutes on each side. Add garlic and cover; continue cooking over low heat for 20 minutes.

Step 4Meanwhile, heat sauce in a small saucepan. Spoon over steaks; sprinkle with cheese and serve.
