Ingredients

canola oil

onion cut into strips

red bell peppers cut into strips

green bell pepper cut into strips
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
italian seasoning
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 lb
beef cubed steaks
1-(14-1/2/ oz
can diced tomatoes, no salt added

How to Make Italian Steak and Veggies

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook the peppers, onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper 5 minutes. Remove to a plate and set aside.
  • 2Add the cubed steaks to the same skillet and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until browned, turning once.
  • 3Add the tomatoes to the skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until meat is tender.
