Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 - onion cut into strips
- 1/2 - red bell peppers cut into strips
- 1/2 - green bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound beef cubed steaks
- 1-(14-1/2/ ounce can diced tomatoes, no salt added
How To Make italian steak and veggies

Step 1In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook the peppers, onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper 5 minutes. Remove to a plate and set aside.

Step 2Add the cubed steaks to the same skillet and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until browned, turning once.

Step 3Add the tomatoes to the skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until meat is tender.
