1 Tbspcanola oil

1onion cut into strips

1/2red bell peppers cut into strips

1/2green bell pepper cut into strips

1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspitalian seasoning
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1 lbbeef cubed steaks
-
1-(14-1/2/ ozcan diced tomatoes, no salt added
How to Make Italian Steak and Veggies
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook the peppers, onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper 5 minutes. Remove to a plate and set aside.
- Add the cubed steaks to the same skillet and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until browned, turning once.
- Add the tomatoes to the skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until meat is tender.
