Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 large snow cap mushrooms, sliced or 5 reg button mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon hamburger seasoning
  • 2 large ears of corn

How To Make inside out burgers and corn on the cob

  • Step 1
    Mix the seasoning with the burger. Divide the burger into 4 pressed down burgers.
  • Step 2
    Mix the mushrooms, garlic, and onion together. And put on two of the burgers piling it high, and top with the other two burgers and seal the edges. Grill or fry as usual.
  • Step 3
    For the corn. Shuck corn and place in a pot of water. bring to boil and turn off the heat. leave in the boiling water off the heat while the burgers cook. Corn will be perfect. Remember the finger nail test before buying the corn. If it doesn't squirt back at you do not buy it. It is old corn.
